How to connect Cloudbeds and your app account for the first time

Firstly, make sure you have signed up with GuestRevu.

Once your account has been set up, we will guide you through the process of authorising GuestRevu to access your Cloudbeds reservations data, which will automate the collection of your guests’ departure information.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. GuestRevu can store the others if you wish, but they are not required for integration to work.

What's the full functionality of the two-way integration?

After a guest checks out of your property, GuestRevu will automatically send them a customised questionnaire requesting feedback. Once the questionnaire is complete, key data is pushed back to the Cloudbeds PMS and displayed on your dashboard under the "guest notes" field.

How do I disconnect the apps?

Just contact GuestRevu support and request your integration to be deactivated. Alternatively, apps can always be disconnected from your Cloudbeds account through myfrontdesk.
