How to connect the Cloudbeds and your app account for the first time

Not a GuestRevu Customer?
Visit our website and request for a sales consultant to contact you, you are able to request a free trial should you so wish. Alternatively email us on info@guestrevu.com and we will guide you through our process.

Once you are happy to move forward, a GuestRevu support consultant will be in contact with you. They will work with you to create your account, set user preferences and restrictions as well as customise the questionnaire you would like your guests to receive.

Once the above has been completed a Cloudbeds integration manager will guide you through the Cloudbeds authorisation process confirming and allowing GuestRevu access to your Reservations data, which will automate the collection of your guest’s departure information.

Reservation Guest Data GuestRevu collects:

  • GuestID*
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Email*
  • Phone
  • Address 1, Address 2, City, State/Region, Country, Postal / ZIP Code
  • Date of birth
  • Room number
  • Room type
  • ReservationID
  • Arrival date*
  • Departure date*
  • Number of adults

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. GuestRevu can store the others if you wish, but they are not required for integration to work.

What's the full functionality of the integration?

GuestRevu will collect all your recent check-out guest information from Cloudbeds. Then GuestRevu will send out a customised questionnaire to your guests requesting feedback on their stay.

How do I disconnect the apps?

Just contact GuestRevu support and request your integration to be deactivated. Alternatively, apps can always be disconnected from your Cloudbeds account through myfrontdesk.
